Arrival in Hanoi
You will arrive in Hanoi airport where you will be met by your driver in the arrivals hall. He will drive you to your hotel in Hanoi where you will have the rest of the day to explore the bustling streets. If you arrive in the morning or the middle of the day you can visit the Vietnam Travel office in the old town where we hold a small information meeting. You can get some practical information, a map and a borrow a phone so you can always get in touch with us.

You will be free to explore Hanoi at your leisure and discover the history and culture of this dynamic city. You will stay overnight in Hanoi at a 3 star hotel.

Hanoi City Tour – night train to Lao Cai
You will be picked up from your hotel by our local tour guide. You will visit the peaceful Tran Quoc pagoda and the iconic and historical Ho Chi Minh complex. After a delicious lunch of one of Hanoi local dishes you can immerse yourself in the culture of Vietnam at the Temple of Literature. Top your evening off with some traditional Vietnamese entertainment at the famous Water Puppet Theatre. After dinner, you will head to Hanoi train station for night train to Lao Cai at 9.30pm.

Lao Cai – Sapa – Trekking to H’mong ethnic village
You will arrive in Lao Cai train station at 6:00am and travel to Sapa where you will start your trek through the stunning mountains and cascading rice paddies. You will trek to the H’mong ethnic village of Lao Chai and Ta Van villages where you can experience local culture first hand. The approximate distance of the trek is 12 to 13km per day.
You will stay overnight at homestay in Ta Van village.

Trekking in Sapa – Night train to Hanoi
you will continue your discovery of the astonishing countryside and the people that live there as you trek to the villages of H’mong ethnic locals. You will visit Cat Cat village and Sin Chai village.
After dinner, you will go to Lao Cai train station for the night train to Hanoi at 9:30pm.

-All bookings must be made via the reservation form featured on our website or via email to the address info@mrlinhadventure.com
-Response will be forthcoming within 48 hrs. Mr Linh's Adventures will confirm your booking request once received 30% of the total cost of the trip. This amount is non-refundable.
-The remaining 70% is due on the day of the visit for the Day Services
-In order to charge the due amount for full payment the day of the service we will need you to send us via fax, email or by phone, 7 days before the service your Credit Card Number indicating the amount and authorization for the transaction.
-We accept full payment with VISA and MASTERCARD.
-Custom vacations will need a full prepayment 45 days before the beginning of the tour.
-All Prices and fares are quoted in USD.
-CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS AND REFUND.
-Once you have paid 30% non refundable deposit your trip is confirmed.
-Any cancellation of a booking must be in writing and shall only be effective upon its acknowledged receipt by Mr Linh's Adventures.
-For cancellations made within 7 days and 48 hrs before the day of the service we reserve the right to retain 25% of the due amount.
-For cancellations made within 48 hrs of the tour we reserve the right to retain the full fee.
-No refunds are given in case of force majeure
-No refunds are given if the client leaves the program after it has began for any reasons whatsoever or miss any scheduled sightseeing or visit or no showing up.
-COMMENTS, CLAIMS, SUGGESTIONS.
-While on tour please communicate your wishes and/or difficulties to our staff (on time). Our guides are very often the only ones who can really help you.
-Please do not wait the end of the tour to make your comments or suggestions, or talk about what you feel, need or wish. No claims will be accepted if not mentioned to the guides.
