Bring the following items with you: Woolen gloves, Balaclava, Sun hat, Thermal wear, Water bottle, Woolen socks, Towel, Light Jacket, Sunglasses, Sun cream, Torch with extra batteries/bulbs, Muffler, Mask, Raincoat, Sweater, Shirt/T-shirt & Trekking shoes

Attitude Sickness :- This is an environment related condition that can effect anyone who ascends too rapidly to high elevations without acclimatizing properly and also consult your doctor

Health Consideration: - All Tourist We do ask you to bring along your own small first aid kit (available at Pharmacies). Some of the items we ask you to bring in the kit are: Antiseptic cream or Wound disinfectant: Iodine and tube-squeeze cream. Foot care and Blister Treatment, band-aids, adhesive roll & strips, gauze pads, moleskin. (Please bring ankle high boots to avoid muscle sprain.)

Insurance: - We recommend that you insure yourself against sickness, EMERGENCY RESCUE, accident

Don’ts:

·         Don’t eat too much food in lunch time

·         Don’t drink Alcohol Yatra time.

·         Don’t run river side , walk always mountain side

·         Don’t through Plastic bag & Garbage in river always use dustbin.

·         Don’t run or hurry in Yatra time, take rest and walk.

·         Don’t angry anybody is cool in yatra time, good for health.

·         Don’t Cross rules & regulation- Temple darshan, Pooja, Traffic

·         Police, Helicopter service.

List of things to bring along:

While you can travel to hill area, some knowledge on what to expect before you start your journey is helpful. It is good to get in shape before the Yatra with a little exercise, walking, running or aerobics. One need to carry clothing for both extreme’s of weather. Evenings are generally cold and Warm woollens will be required. We recommend that you bring along the following clothings and accessories:

·         Down jacket, thick & thin pullover, windproof jacket, raincoat (with a hood).

·         Warm pants, light loose cotton pants, Thermal underpants/long, Thermal vest/warm full t-shirts.

·         Cotton full sleeve T-shirts.

• If circumstances force you to cancel the BOOKING, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply.


• 30 Days prior to departure – 40% of the Total cost  ( This might vary depending on the time limit)


• 29 Days To 15 Days - 60% of the Total cost


• 14 Days to 07 Days - 80 % of the Total Cost


• 7 Days or less - 100% of the total cost


• Same cancellation policy will apply for postponements of bookings or in case of change of hotels during the progress of tour.


• Cancellation charges would vary during peak and high travel season.


• Travel for October – March ,it’s cancellation charge 70% of package cost.
