Short Escape to Kathmandu and Pokhara

A. Refund & cancellation of advance reservation will be made from booking office only.

B. Complaint & refund claim to be made within 24 HRS,. from the reservationoffice in writing and take acknowledgement .eligable refund will be made after 30 days only .

C. When the booking is made the guest (s) enter in to an agreement that he / she is bound to follow the rules and regulations of the respectieve operating office, hotel, resort , agency and Tourism Department.

D. If guest do not turn up and check in on the first day of the reservation , the advance deposited by the guest will be forfeited as retention charges and if there is no advance deposit , the guest are liable to remit the charges on demand.

E. We are Tourism development agency only , we do not control or  operate any Airline , Railways , Shipping , Coach , cab, hotel , Resort or services mentioned in our vouchers . we take care in selecting the services offered but not be responsible for any damage / loss  which is caused by the act or default of the respectieve management . In this circumtances also tourist are liable to pay our communication charge and service charg/ process charge as per bill. 

F. CANCELLATION     RULES

Before 48 HRS. -               NO Refund

Between 48 to 72 HRS.   - 50% Refund

Before 72 HRS.               - 70% Refund.
