Between 0 hours to 24 hours before journey, the cancellation charge is 100.0%.

Between 24 hours to 72 hours before journey, the cancellation charge is 50.0%.

And, above cancellation charge is 15.0%.

In the event of NO SHOW you are not eligible for refund or date change.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 to 15 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

• In case a booking confirmation   

 e-mail and sms gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail id/ phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered ‘booked’ as long as the ticket shows up on the confirmation page of

Passengers are required to furnish the following at the time of boarding the vehicle or check-in hotel.

(1) A print out of of the ticket/ voucher with barcode.

(2) A valid government issued photo identity proof.

Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board the vehicle or check in into hotel and no refund will be made in any case.
