Rules & Regulations

1.      Tourists have to pay Rs.3000/- per ticket 140 days before the Journey date to confirm their seat.

2.      50% of the rest of the amount have to pay 25 days before the Journey date. The rest of the amount has to pay 5 days before the date of Journey.

3.      Children of the age group 4 years to 11 years have to pay 25% less amount from the actual fare of the Journey.

4.      The Journey fare includes Food and Lodging, sightseeing and Slipper class Rail fare and Bus fare.

5.      Hotel rooms are booked as per the number of members of the family. In Dharamshala 4-6 families are grouped to stay there.

6.      Tourists have to pay the tickets of the Entry fees/ Guide Fees/ Porter Fees of different places around their journey.

7.      Tourists have to pay the raised amount of the Rail/Bus/Ship/Air plane or other items’ fare if the amount increased after their booking.

8.      Tourists are advised to collect their Journey description 7 days before of their Journey date.

9.      The advanced Journey fare is not refundable If the date of Journey is changed due to some unavoidable circumstances.

10.  Washing clothes in the Hotel room and carrying Alcohol items inside the reserved compartment is strictly provided.

11.  We shall supply Veg. dishes prepared by Indian Railways during the Journey time in Rail and will supply Non-Veg. dishes at the time of staying in the hotels.

12.  We shall refund the total advanced amount of the tourist, if the tour is cancelled due to some unavoidable circumstances. No compensation price is given against the cancellation.

13.  Tourists have to pay the ride amount of Horse/Dandi/Kandi on the way of “Kedarnath”, “Yomunetri” or “Valley of Flowers”.

14.  The organisation will not be responsible for any type of accidents occurred during the period of Journey and they will not pay any compassion for that.

15.  The total tour cost will be raised if the number of family or group members are 8-10 or more persons.

16.  No money will be refunded if the tourist cancel their tour before 48 hours of their Journey.

17.  Tourists have to pay proper compensations if they cancel their tour program. The amount of compensation will be decided according to the number of days before they have cancelled their program. The list is given below:
