Kathmandu - Kodari
After breakfast, we will drive to the frontier town of Nepal at Kodari enjoying a scenic drive through Dhulikhel. The night shall be here to prepare for kailash yatra bdcause immigration office opens at around 0900 hrs. i.e. 6:30 Nepal time as such it is important to stay overnight here.

Kodari - Nyalam
From here, there would be a short walk to the friendship bridge for further drive to Zhangmu, the main entrance of Tibet, China at the height of 2,300 m. which is about 145 kms from Kathmandu. In Zhangmu, you will be received by guide from our Tibetan counterpart. After all the immigration formalities at the check post here, our journey continues for another 35 kms which can take almost 3 hours through the up-winding road to Nyalam with beautiful scenery as the drive brings us for the overnight stay at Nyalam (3,700 m.). The lodges and guest houses here are very simple and basic. You can expect the unexpected as the China Tourism in Tibet is slowly picking up since last 10 years. Overnight at Hotel Nyalam or similar.

This whole day is dedicated for acclimatization at Nyalam. We will be going for a short trek of about three hours in Nyalam itself. Overnight at Hotel Nyalam or similar.

Nyalam - Saga
After breakfast, drive through the windswept territory passing many villages and camps of Yak herders with the distance view of snow capped mountains. We will be passing through the first highest pass of Lalung La Pass (5000 m) where a superb view of high Himalayas can be seen from Gaurishanker, Shishapangma to Langtang Himal. Drive past Khunmen Tso, Sinling, Karru Ongchen and Peigutso Lake (4400m). We continue driving crossing the river "Yarling Tsangpo" known as Bhramaputra, to reach Saga (4600 m) 240 Kms./6 -7 hours drive. Overnight at Hotel Saga.

Saga - Mansarovar
After breakfast, drive through Paryang (4750 m) 255 kms/ 3 - 4 hrs. drive through the windswept territory passing many villages and camps of Yak herders with distance view of snow capped mountains. On this day the road is quite flat, hence the drive will be comfortable compared to other days. We shall have lunch enroute. Thereafter drive to Chui Gompa (4560 m) 223 km/ 3 - 4 hrs. We continue driving crossing Mayum La pass (5200 m) and arrive Chui Gompa. Today is the day of lifetime, as we will have the first sight (darshan) of Holy Mt. Kailash and Holy Lake Manasarovar. Stay in a guest house. Overnight at local guest house.

Mansarovar - Darchen
It is a day for Puja & Holy bath in the holy lake. One may indulge into relaxation, meditation, devotion or hawan etc. Later drive to Darchen (4620 m). Darchen is located beneath the majestic holy Mount Kailash, a small village with couple of guest houses. During the auspicious pilgrimage time, this place will be flooded with Pilgrims with hundreds of tents all around. Darchen, the beginning and end point of the Kora. We may proceed for trek to Serrlung Monastery to visit Asthapath which offers an excellent view of Nandi Parvat and Mount Kailash, subject to permission by Public Security Bureau at Darchen. Overnight at guest house.

Darchen - Sershong - Dirapauk
After breakfast, drive approx. 13 Kms. to Sershong also known as Tarboche, the trek starting point of Kailash Parikrama. Tarboche is also referred as the outer "Asthapath". The first day of our Kora is a gradual walk with multitudes of other local pilgrims chanting and praying. The trail leads us to few ups and downs till we reach our camp/guest house at Dirapuk (4860 m) 7 km/ 5 - 6 hours trek. Camping on the nice grassy meadows with a view of Kailash, north west face. Those not feeling themselves fit to continue parikarma will drive back to Darchen and wait for the Parikarma group to return. Overnight at Camp / Guest House.

Trek To Zuthulphuk
Today our circumambulate (Kora) leads to much higher side of the holy path just beneath the Holy Mount Kailash. The walk will bring us to one of the highest point at Drolma La, 5,200 m. (4-5 hrs.) before descending to the gradual field towards Zuthulphuk for the overnight stay after 4-5 hours walk. Zuthulphuk (4760 m) 18 km/ 9 - 10 hrs.

Zuthulphuk To Darchen Trek 10 Km/ 3-4 Hrs. And Drive To Dongba 4600 M
The morning can be spent exploring the caves and visiting the temples and shrine that has been built around Milarepas cave. A married elderly couple supervises the temple, which is usually an active residence for over half a dozen Tibetan devotees, helpers, or relatives who continuously Luxury Busy themselves with the tasks of maintaining the buildings. One imagines Milarepa disciples meditating here. Many of the caves contain meditation platforms, self-contained by dry stonewalls which divide them from their cooking partitions and entrance areas. It is well worth the short climb up to these caves before beginning the final stage of the trek. The winding gradual tracks finally ends our holy pilgrimage walk 10 km/ 4 - 5 hrs. Once we reach at the trek end point near Darchen, our land cruisers will be waiting to take the group to Dongba. Overnight at hotel in Dongba.

Nyalam - Kathmandu
After breakfast, proceed to exit from Tibet passing through Zhangmu via Kodari Border. After reaching Friendship Bridge, we will be leaving our Tibet side vehicles on the other side of border and after completing custom and immigration formalities, we shall walk for approximately 15 minutes towards Nepal Immigration Post where our coach for Nepal would be waiting for us. Our Border guide will assist us to shift our belongings towards Nepal Side of the bridge. Lunch shall be served at a local en-route restaurant. Overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu.

Kathmandu Departure
After breakfast, free for souvenir shopping and other independent activities. In time transfer to International Airport to board your onward flight else you may extend your stay in Nepal to visit Muktinath Temple or Manokamna Temple or just relaxing.

General Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions contained in this Tour Participation Agreement govern the relationship between you, the passenger, and us, Saisanjog Holidays. By booking a trip, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Tour Participation Agreement. They outline, among other things, our cancellation policy and certain limitations of liability.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
Reservations & Payments
Reservation:Â An initial deposit of 30% of tour cost is required to secure your reservation.
Final Payment:Â A deposit of rest of the payment as per your selected tour is required 21 days prior to commencement of tour or as per agreed at the time of confirmation of the tour.
Making Final Payments
Final payments are due 21 days prior to trip, depending upon the program. See the Deposit, Final Payment, and Cancellation Fees schedule included in this Tour Participation Agreement for payment due dates for specific programs. Reservations may be put on a waitlist or canceled by Saisanjog Holidays if payment is not received by the final payment due date. Should this occur, cancellation charges will apply. All prices are stated in INR, per person, and based on double occupancy (twin sharing), unless otherwise noted.

Prices do not include charges for laundry service, telephone and Internet usage, wines, liquors, mineral waters, travel insurance, international flight tickets, India visa fees, tips, monument tickets, movie/video camera fee at monuments, miscellaneous expenses, souvenirs or any other expenses which is not specified.
Other fees may be imposed by airlines which are the passenger’s responsibility.

Making Changes
Saisanjog Holidays understands if you need to change your plan. Most programs allow travel deviations that affect destination, departure date, program extensions, and the like. Note that tour plan can be changed; provided that requests are made in writing 21 days prior to the commencement of tour. Deviations are subject to a 1000.00 per-person non-refundable processing fees and all cancellation charges of train tickets, flight tickets and hotels shall also be included in Deviation Charges. No deviations can be made or processed within 21 days of commencement of tour.
Cancellations and Refunds
Saisanjog Holidays realizes that most people who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity. Nevertheless, cancellations are costly to administer and involve dedicated staff time and communications costs. Therefore, all cancellations made before 30 days after booking are subject to 10% deduction of total tour cost. Cancellation made between 29-22 days after booking are subject to a non-refundable of 25%. Cancellation made between 21-16 days after booking are subject to a non-refundable of 60% deduction of total tour cost. And cancellation made 15 days before commencement of tour after booking are subject to a non-refundable of tour cost. Cancellations are based on per person bases. Please note, however, that reservations made after the final payment date are immediately subject to cancellation charges.If you need to cancel your reservation, please send us a mail at saisanjogholidays@gmail.com and contact a Saisanjog Holidays Customer Service Representative. To receive any refund, if applicable, that may be due will be processed within 35 days after our receipt of your written notice of cancellation.Traveler substitutions are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees. Please note that we do not make any refunds for any unused portion of your trip.
Responsibilities & Liability
The responsibility of Saisanjog Holidays, its affiliated companies, officers/directors, employees, sponsoring organizations, and agents is strictly limited. As a tour operator, Saisanjog Holidays organizes, promotes and sells tour programs consisting of certain travel services, including sightseeing excursions, and hotel accommodations, that Saisanjog Holidays purchases or reserves from various suppliers (collectively, "Suppliers"). Saisanjog Holidays does not own or operate any of these Suppliers. The Suppliers providing travel services for Saisanjog Holidays tour programs are independent contractors, and are not agents or employees of Saisanjog Holidays. As such, Saisanjog Holidays is not responsible for direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damage, injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity of any kind occasioned by reason of any act or omission beyond its control, including, without limitation, any negligent or willful act or failure to act of, or breach of contract by, any Supplier or any other third party. Some tours include visits to shops and merchants. Saisanjog Holidays is not responsible for any purchases you make during your trip, whether or not that merchant is part of the scheduled itinerary. By utilizing the travel services of the Suppliers, you agree that you will look only to such Suppliers in respect of any accident, injury, property damage, or personal loss to you or to those traveling with you, and that neither Saisanjog Holidays nor any representative of Saisanjog Holidays shall be liable.
Without limiting the foregoing, Saisanjog Holidays is not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delays or changes in schedules, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, defaults by any third parties, including Suppliers, mechanical or other failure of trains or other means of transportation, or the failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. Saisanjog Holidays is not responsible for acts of God or force major events, sanitation problems, lack of medical care, sickness, weather conditions, strikes and other labor activities, acts of terrorism, acts of war (declared or undeclared), quarantines, embargoes, blockades, criminal activities or any other act or event beyond the direct control of Saisanjog Holidays.Â
Saisanjog Holidays assumes no financial responsibility for any cancellations or delays resulting from invalid passports, visas, or other travel document requirements, or for ticket or other travel documents that do not reflect your name exactly as it appears on your passport. Saisanjog Holidays reserves the right to change the itinerary of the tour without prior notice. If the tour is canceled by Saisanjog Holidays for any reason, Saisanjog Holidays shall have no liability beyond the prompt refund of all tour participant's payments received by it.
