Day 1

Arrival at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) and Transfer to Gorumara /

Gorumara National Park

Transfer to Lataguri (Gorumara National Park) - It is nearly 90 kilometers and is 02 hours drive - Lunch on way or one can have lunch after reaching the resort / Hotel - Dooars - It is a rich tropical forests, innumerable hill streams cutting across the green carpet, undulating plains makes this a tourist hotspot - It ensures a pleasant climate round the year - Gorumara National Park, Chapramari Wild Life Sanctuary, Jhalong, Bindu, Samsing, Suntalekhola are the famous tourist spots known for its Wild life and Tea tourism - Evening free - Night halt at Resort / Hotel
Day 2

Local Sight Seeing to Jhalong, Bindu / Samsing, Suntalekhola & Safari

Neora Valley National Park

Early morning Breakfast - Visit to Jhalong, Bindu in the lap of Himalaya - The area is known for its diversified flora and fauna - Jhalong is on the bank of the river Jaldhaka on the Indo-Bhutan border in the foothills of the Himalayas, on the way to Bindu - Major attraction are scenic beauty, birds and the Water body - Bindu is the last village of West Bengal before one enters Bhutan on the bank of river Jaladhaka a natural physical boundary separating West Bengal and Bhutan - The place is also known for Ginger & cardamom plantations - Back to resort by 2 P M and have Lunch - Next to prepare for booking of Safari Tickets - Early evening (04 P M to 06 P M) Jungle safari subjected to availability of tickets - In the late evening one can stroll around the market area - Guest are advised not to stroll away from the crowd towards the forest - Back to resort - Late evening Tribal Dance Show can be arranged at Supplement cost - Night Stay at Resort in Lataguri (Duars / Dooars)

It is also a gateway to Neora Valley National Park - Aivel estate is a treat to watch & Suntaley Khola is named from a stream named Suntaley - One can spot exotic species of birds and butterflies - Visitors can cherish the natural natures beauty of this hamlet - Back to resort by 2 PM and hacve Lunch - Next to prepare for booking of Safari Tickets - Early evening (4 PM to 6 PM) Jungle safari subjected to availability of tickets - In the late evening one can stroll around the market area - Guest are advised not to stroll away from the crowd towards the forest - Back to resort - Late evening Tribal Dance Show can be arranged at Supplement cost - Night Stay at Resort in Lataguri (Duars / Dooars)
Day 3

Departure transfer to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP)

Check Out Time 11 AM - Next one has to drive to Siliguri, on the way to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) - It is a approximately 90 kilometers drive and is nearly 2 ½ - 3 hours via Sevoke Coronation Bridge / Sevoke Kali Mandir - One can stop will be provided at Coronation Bridge for photography and scenic beauty if time permits - One can also have some refreshment if time permits The traffic will be more hence one has to start early - Reach Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) - Forwarding Journey

Standard Check in / Check out time of Hotels 12:00 noon.

Pick up / Drop in the package will be as mentioned in the package.

Hotel rooms will be provided as decided in the package (normally twin/triple sharing basis).

Destination Green Booking Policy & Cancellation Policy is applicable for all packages.

While on trip, Destination Green do not accept alteration of pre-decided itinerary. If anything such occurs by the wish of guests, extra amount arises has to be negotiated by guests themselves & paid directly and Destination Green do not take responsibility to bargain the extra amount required in such cases.

Cancellation by guest or cancellation (full or part) occurred due to unforeseen act of God (land-slide, flood, heavy snow fall etc), strike, political turbulence or such act, which is beyond travel organizers control, no charges are refundable, though, every possible support will be provided by the company, in such condition. If any extra charge arises in the process, has to be borne by guests and paid directly.

If Nathula or Tsomgo or Babamandir or North Sikkim trip is withheld in last moment by Army Authority or disturbances on which transporter has no hand, refunding that portion of money is not bindings on travel organizers and the date cannot be re-adjusted

BOOKING POLICY

50% of Package cost is to be deposited as Booking Advance (if booked more than one month in advance).

Balance amount must to be deposited 10 days prior to commencing journey.

For booking done within 15 days of journey, full payment has to be made as advance.

Booking Vouchers will be delivered against full payment only.

BOOKING POLICY FOR CAR BOOKING

50% of Package cost is to be deposited as Booking Advance

Balance payment to be deposited before 15 days of commencing the trip.

In case booking done within 15 days of journey, full advance is to be made.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING

Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of advance from the guests. Destination Green will forward Booking details & detailed itinerary along with money receipt on receipt of advance. Booking vouchers will be handed over on full payment only.

Personal expenditure of any kind is not included in the packages

Extension of Tsomgo Lake trip upto Nathula Pass (if not mentioned in the package)

VEHICLES IN THE PACKAGES

Upto 04 persons, small non AC car (capacity 04) will be provided (unless mentioned otherwise)

Above 04 persons, Tata Spacio or similar non AC vehicle will be provided (unless mentioned otherwise)

Vehicles will be provided as per itinerary & not at disposal basis

Vehicles used other than itinerary is chargeable & to be paid directly to the driver

Gangtok sightseeing will be done by small car (capacity - 04) only, as per Sikkim Govt. regulations.

For north Sikkim, bigger vehicles (8 seater) will only be provided

Our responsibility for vehicle is limited to serve the itinerary.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of tour must be in written form (email / letter)

Cancellation before one month will cost Cancellation charges Rs. 2500 + 10% of package cost

Cancellation will cost 25% of the package cost within 30-21 days of trip commencement

Cancellation will cost 50% of package cost within 21-10 days of trip commencement

Cancellation will cost 75% of package cost within 10-4 days of trip commencement

10% refund will be made if cancelled within last three days

No refund will be made in case of no turn

Note: Customers are requested to read the terms & conditions before committing any deal with Destination Green. Destination Green reserves the right to Cancel any trip, if money is not deposited as per the above mentioned terms & conditions (until otherwise agreed in written by Destination Green). In such cases, Destination Green Cancellation Policy will be effected for refund of money.

Management is not liable for any type of accident/strike/insurgency/natural calamities (viz flood, land slide etc.) and reserves the right to alter itinerary according to unavoidable circumstances. Extra cost appearing due to those situations to be borne by tourists. Destination Green or their representatives act as coordinator / agents for hotels, transportations companies and only service providers like transportation, vehicles or accommodations or other related services while exercising the finest possible services and care. Though every possible support will be provided by the company.
