Terms and Conditions of Booking

Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before using this site. Your use of this Web site is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms of use. By using this Web site, you signify your assent to these terms of use and privacy policy. Rates and Price Variations: We reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking which may result in cancellation fees. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.

Deposits:  As per the booking policy, we require 50% of the total amount as token advance, which can be deposited in our HDFC Bank account. Balance will be required on arrival in India. Bank account details are given below:

Note : In case tour includes any flight or train booking. Full amount for train and flight will be required.

Card Fees: Please note that a card fee will be applied automatically to credit card payment amounts:
2.95% - Mastercard, Visa; 2.95% - Diners, American Express.

Cheque payments: Will only be accepted for bookings travelling outside 50 days.

Payments made by cheque or direct deposit do not attract any fees.

Standard Cancellation /Refund Policy:

·      Bookings cancelled inside 30 days - Non refundable

·      Deposited bookings cancelled 30 or more days prior to travel - Deposit is non refundable PLUS you will be charged any cancellation fees that are levied by the supplier

·      Fully paid bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to travel - Deposit PLUS any fees levied by the supplier are non refundable

American Express refunds will be less 3% as American Express keep the credit card fee. All other card companies refund the fee.

Flight Cancellation Policy:

·      Flight Bookings are totally non refundable or transferable

Cancellations must be in writing and should be addressed to the consultant handling the booking.

If a credit has been approved it is valid for 6 months from the date the cancellation was made.

Special Cancellation Conditions: Certain accommodation and tour products will apply additional cancellation charges. These cancellation conditions and costs are located under the pricing on the individual pages and will be clearly advised to you in writing at time of booking.

Amendment Fees:  No Charges for land arrangements.

Credit Card Chargeback Fees: Any fees charged to  INB Vacations by our credit card payment provider arising from a chargeback or a disputed charge on the cardholder's credit card will be charged to the cardholder. This fee is non-refundable.

Change Of Itinerary After Holiday Has Commenced: Any alteration or cancellation of services after your holiday has commenced can incur penalties. There is no refund for unused services.

Reporting of Incidents: Any abnormal incidents including injuries, service problems, cancellation of a service or dissatisfaction must be reported to INB Vacations during the event to allow us an opportunity to rectify the situation or provide assistance.

General

Validity of Rates: Prices are valid for the dates indicated.

Children's Rates: Child costs are based on sharing a room with adults and using existing bedding . Cost for additional bedding and rollaways are available on request.

Payment Options: INB Vacations offers a secure server for your credit card payments. Alternatively, you can fax through your credit card details to us, send a cheque or make a direct deposit. Please visit our payment page for more details.

Travel Insurance: It is extremely important that you take out Travel Insurance. It is ESSENTIAL that this insurance covers you for involuntary cancellation of your holiday including airfare(s).

Accommodation: Accommodation is as specified in the accommodation section of our web sites. We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the case the accommodation operator overbooks their property or for any reason beyond our control. All rates are subject to change without notice. Not all properties provide instant availability and in these cases INB Vacations checks availability once we receive the booking request.

Flights: Airfares show instant availability and fares at the time of quoting however we will not proceed with booking flights until your accommodation is confirmed. This is to avoid strict fees charged by airlines for flight amendments. This may result in fare and/or availability changes.

Check In / Check Out Times:  1200 hrs.

Single Supplement Costs: If not shown in your selected accommodation cost, this is available on application.

Group And Incentive Travel: As group and conference rates are specially contracted rates specific for that particular group, they have different terms and conditions to standard holidays. If you are booking a group or incentive, please ensure that these conditions are explained to you.

Quotations: All quotations are subject to availability of services quoted and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and deposit received.

Our liabilities & limitations 

All efforts will be made sincerely to maintain the contract made by our organization with its customers but there are always possibilities of certain Items like airfares, entrance fee at the monuments or drastic increase in fuel costs etc. getting more expensive without any notice from the Govt. authorities. In such force, the difference in the cost would be borne by the customers. INB Vacations, New Delhi act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by actual suppliers.

All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or even after the commencement of the tour. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participant’s safety, comfort & general well being.

Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blocades due to political unrest or any such incidents.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage’s & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk. Our transport is certainly Insured as per Indian Motor Vehicles Act and claims, if any, will be made as per the rules of the Insurance Companies in Indian Rupees.
