The Nehru zoological park is located in the city of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The park covers an area of around 1.2sq.kms, which abounds in natural vegetation cover. The Deer Park is located at a distance of around 16kms from the city of Hyderabad in Vanasthali-puram, Andhra Pradesh. The park covers an area of around 54acres of land, which abounds in wildlife. The Deer Park is not the part of the city instead it is preserved by the Forest Department. In earlier days, the Deer Park was the hunting ground of the Nizam.
